This class will cover the foundations of energy healing as well as the principles and practical applications of Reiki for personal and professional use. If you are new to Reiki and energy healing, or if you are looking to brush up on your skills, please consider joining us in this beautiful space for an evening of inspired discovery and heart-centered support as we explore what it means to be interconnected energetic beings. You will receive a Reiki Level 1 manual and certificate for your completion of this training.

Reiki Master Teacher Jennifer Helminski

This class will be taught by Reiki Master Teacher Jennifer Helminski, a visionary intuitive healer and artist, trained and gifted in various therapeutic, complementary, and spiritual modalities. She is a certified Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, and is also trained in other energy practices such as Integrated Energy Therapy, Matrix Energetics, and Healing Touch for Animals.
